    What is your game style?

The ATP sorts players into six styles. Almost nobody is just one of them: most games are a blend of two or three.

    • Big Server

Lives off a big first serve. Plenty of points end inside two shots: an ace, a serve that doesn't come back, or the first ball after it.

    • Serve and Volleyer

Serves and follows it in. The volley is the plan, not the backup.

    • All-Court Player

Comfortable anywhere on the court, and uses the net to finish what the groundstrokes set up.

    • Attacking Baseliner

Takes charge from the back of the court and hits through the opponent to end points on their terms.

    • Solid Baseliner

Balances attack and defense from the baseline. Wins with depth, margin and very few free points.

    • Counter Puncher

Defends brilliantly, makes the opponent hit one more ball, and flips defense into attack when the chance shows up.

    How the fitting works

    1. 1. Questions about your game

How you swing, what your arm can take, and what you'd change about your racquet.

    2. 2. Measured specs, not marketing

Weight, balance, swingweight, stiffness and string pattern for every racquet we list.

    3. 3. Five racquets, with reasons

Each pick comes with the reasons and the trade-offs, so you know what you're giving up and what you're getting.
